Hello,
It's not a bad weekend ahead for many of us; a bit on the breezy side until later Saturday but high pressure is in control. Just watch out for some rain in the south on Saturday.

WEEKEND WEATHER FORECAST
==========================
Issued: 1100 hrs, Thursday 4th May 2017
SATURDAY
---------------
High pressure is to the north of the country through Saturday with low pressure to the south. The strong easterly flow continues to affect all areas, although this should ease for many during the day.
An occluded front edges into southern Ireland and the southwest of England bringing periods of rain with it. There is some uncertainty over how far north the rain extends but the extent of the precipitation shown in green on the chart below is probably very close.
The rain tends to fade in the south in the afternoon, although staying rather murky and drizzly here.
Some low cloud could affect easter coasts of England and Scotland at first, although this breaking and lifting to leave mostly fair conditions.
Staying dry in the west with the best of the sunshine and feeling warm.
Winds E 20-25kt (F5-F6) but NE 15-18kt (F4-F5) in northern Scotland, tending to ease in the south through the afternoon.
SUNDAY
=======
A slacker pressure flow on Sunday although still remaining in high pressure.
It may be quite a dull morning for many with plenty of cloud around. Lighter winds and a few mist patches could occur just about anywhere. The far south of England may be duller and damp with a few spots of drizzle.
Improving quickly in the morning with the sun breaking through the cloud, especially in central and western areas. It should be remaining dry overall.
Winds NE 10-14kt (F3-F4) but E 10-14kt (F3-F4) in the west.
