Weidemann/Kramer issue

I have a t6027 same as Kramer 276, fantastic machine but on the road especially at about 20kph it really vibrates up through the cab almost unbearable. I’m thinking it’s just road noise just interested to hear other users opinions. Machine is very new and dealership is looking into as well but bit baffled too. Wondering if there’s like a baffle plate or something in hydro transmission.

Although mines registered as new it was a demo so a 2020 non dpf similar to Ure one? It really vibrates through cab at speed, fine on yard work just at speed on road . I tried driving at speed in field other day and it wasn’t as bad . So it seems to do it worse on the hard

What tyres is it on?, the demo machine we had to try was on Mich radial, wish we had them. Just wondering if its tyre pressure or boom suspension set up wrong.
Not sure will check what tyres are on it. They are all the same brand and more or less new. What do u mean about boom suspension set up wrong ?

The boom suspension is set coming in at 5kmh I think, ours was set a lot higher; hence didnt travel nicely, unless put in manual mode, got feeling they alter accumulator pressure aswell.
Keep watch on compensation ram top bushes, on 3rd set now, steering ram seals, had a bad batch apparently.

One thing I have noticed is the noise vibration is worse while cab door fully closed if u have top glass open the noise seems to be able to escape more and slightly more bearable . Don’t think it’s engine mounts as so smooth when running . Just seems to get to a speed the judder vibration can start

So I checked pressures which were set at about 38psi, noticed on the little card that gives u different tyre sizes pressures and says mine should be 47psi. Sounds really high but I pumped them up to 42 and I actually think it has helped to a degree . I will put them up to 47 to try but surely going to be a rough ride
