I’ve got a squealing / screeching noise coming from loader, mostly when driving on bumpy road or making turns to left & right. Have greased all nipples. When Turning the steering wheel to left&right while staying, seems that it comes from middle of loader. Personally thought that the steering cylinders or bearing that is in the middle of loader was making it, but there is grease everywhere. Wondering if anyone has gone through similar experience.

I have to grease my 3080 on full lock one way and then full lock the other. I then sit stationary and go from full lock one way to full lock the other a few times. Otherwise the grease dosent seem to get around the full Bush.
When greasing the boom I put in some grease and then cycle everything through its full range of motion and then grease again followed by another cycle.
It's a bit more work but it's stopped a lot of funny squeaks .
Or something else may be knackered but that will cost you nothing to try.
Lastly I used to use pin and Bush grease and then someone told me it wouldn't get around as good as the normal stuff -can't verify that one.

Push the bucket down and lift the front wheels up. This will reverse the loading through the centre pivot. Now grease all the centre points. Put it back down and rotate full lock both ways a couple of time as mentioned above. You may need to repeat a few times.
