Weight loss - Slim for Cereals

When was cereals? Guessing its been by now and your all busy combining barley?
I started weighing myself when i was weighing cattle to try and keep some sort of track of what was happening and not relying on 'trouser tightness' end of june i was 82.5kg on saturday i was down to 78kg which seems like quite a drop and now my trousers are all a bit loose and a belt is actually needed instead of just being an emergency dog lead :ROFLMAO:
I think it was haymaking that did it. Always in a hurry not stopping for food and fueled by nothing but orange squash from breakfast till aboit 10pm (insert old embarassed pink face emoji) not recommended but it worked (y)

I've cut out all junk food and dont touch bread any more , avoid anything with wheat in if poss as it dont agree with me . If I need a snack I eat fruit which I think still has a high sugar content but is more natural than refined sugar . It's worked any how . My bulging belly has gone along with two stone of fat

On the cereal diet, you eat cereal with milk twice a day. Your third meal and snacks should be low in calories. The diet is rich in whole grains and fiber and likely aids short-term weight loss if done correctly. Yet, it can be high in sugar and low in calories, protein, and healthy fats
