Welger 435 baler roller removal.

I've had bearing go on my baler and I was wondering if someone could tell me how to go about removing the roller please.
It's on the inside of the baler, part of the tensioning unit.
The pics aren't brilliant I'm afraid.

I've done the ones on the tensioning arm on a 520 as a precaution, as it looked a pig. The geometry will be different on a 435, but if you can't see a way of accessing the Allen studs by playing with the door/arm stops, here is what I did.

Tension off belts
Lower door and remove handiest roller on back door (to make more spare belt)
Take strain off tension arm with forklift from outside, release stops and lower
Ratchet strap tension arm to front of chamber and carefully lift door until studs are accessable
Replace bearings (arms will need splayed out a bit to release shaft)
Reverse procedure to reassemble

I note that my 545 has holes in the chamber to access the studs/grease nipple. This could be another option - they line up when the arm is locked up.

Thank you, have it apart now did as you have said, take the tension off and lift the cradle with the teleporter until they line up with pre drilled holes.
