Welger rp 220 bale control 3 problems

Hi can any one help me my balecontrol 3 when switched on goes through start screen and serial no ect and then gets stuck on total bale count and last bale count. Does not go to the home screen with picture of baler and volts ect can any one help please? Is it the handheld problem or black box
Or is there any way of resetting or wakeing it up again

you have probably tried this any way but always worth a look ........are control cables connected direct to battery also anv plugs and connections make sure good solid contact
