37000 is nothing for these. I run a 220 profi with around 80000 on. She mostly does around 3000 - 40000 a year with very few issues. Also got a 220 farmer with 35000 ish on doing around 1500 a year again good simple machine.
At what bale count roller bearings starts to go? Should i worry about the rollers if it's done 15000? is there a automatic greasing on these ? I can see a oil tank on it for the chains.

Should be 4 banks of grease nipples. I do 2 pumps a season. No failures yet

Had the baler running today and control box seems to work perfectly, got new tyre for it, my great welger mechanic is coming up to check chains etc in a week or 2 and probably put the net in it and come up to start it off that won't be till near the Highland show, so plenty of time.

Been at this baler again, put knifes down, won't go back up but hydrolics is trying, something stuck with lying all winter l hope, been at the netter, pressed manual button, wee spiral thing comes up but taking an age for the knife to cut, although there is no net in it. Then sign telling me to open door comes up, hopefully afew teething problems.

There is a trick you can try to get the knives up,press and hold the button for the knives, this will give full hydraulic pressure.Obviously don’t use it like this as you could damage something.

Baler an been today, everything seem fine, tightened up a big sprocket nut, went over rolled with pinch bar, didn't get netter tryed as net had damaged ends, water damage, tighten net brake thing a fraction, so far so good, next good spell lm going to cut a bit.

Been out tonight trying the bailer out! Everything works fine so far. What number should i put the density on? I tried on 5 but the tractor was losing allot of power! I ended up on 3! Is this to low? The bales seems to be quite hard. Should i try to go slower? Thanks
