Sometimes we express our frustration on here with various manufacturers so it's only fair to praise them when they help you out.

The imonitor gps screen in our Deutz (topcon x30) had started to delaminate, the tractor is still under warranty so I requested it be mended. I expected them to either change the touch panel or replace it for the same unit.

Instead they upgraded it to the x35 based new imonitor, which is a bit smaller, a crisper screen and is a lot faster.

So credit where it's due!

I've asked for a trial code to try the automatic headland turns, ultimate in laziness?!
 
A satisfied customer is the best advertisement for any brand or dealer. Unfortunately too many people involved in business don't look at the bigger picture and save a few pounds today but loose a customer. However due to the isolated nature of our work it is only through a forum like this that we can highlight bad service or customer care and it should be brought a wider audience rather than just a few neighbours and good service should be praised.
