Just been listening to The World at One on Radio 4.

Some of the menues at COP26 list the CO2 content of the food.

A bacon roll is 20% lower in it's CO2 footprint than a coissant......

.....RESULT 👍👍

I hope all the delegates are 'putting their money where their mouths are' and chomping through record amounts of bacon rolls.

Should at least go a bit of the way to cutting the pig over supply problem.

Yes I heard it, the journo couldn't believe it, just shows how blinkered they are.

Mine was an attempt at humour

Then don't give up the day job.
I heard earlier than Leanardo Decapriano (sp ?couldn't give a feck) is there. Because he 'makes films about endangered animals'. No doubt flew in on one of the 400 private planes. Greata has more commitment, more intelligence, a better grasp on things, in her little finger than he and all the other hangers on have in their pretty little bodies. If you want to crack sh!t jokes, do it about the likes of him.

And before anyone mentions it, there is definitely plenty of space on Rose’s door and poor Jack didn’t have to die.

dam you,now theres a particular (corny) song i cant get out of my mind now.....:banghead:

If you really want to know what hell is like, let me tell you...

When Mrs NeilO and I moved in together (after the first, tiny flat), we moved into a 3 bed semi-detached house in a housing estate. There was a couple in the other half of the semi that were constantly rowing, loudly, and with lots of clattering and banging, and the walls were far too thin.
Eventually she evidently got sick of it, and she moved out. He was obviously distraught about this, as he played, very loudly, and almost continuously, that God awful Celine Dion song. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
