Likewise, but my 'summer' wellies are cheap, green ones...

Another vote for the Aigle Parcours neoprene ones. Mine lasted 7 years of fairly heavy use. I suspect they only started leaking as I'd been stood in wet concrete for too long and not washed it off properly.
Got the NASA lined ones this time as they were too warm in summer but I'm not as excited about these ones.

I have spent my whole life in Argylls (now made by Hunter) I like them, my feet are rarely cold and I find them comfortable.
Everyone else seems to hate them but I have never understood why.

No protection from anything whatsoever other than water though. So if you are prone to cows standing on you or similar stuff they may be a poor choice.

Was a big fan of muck boots then they went crap. Moved to grubs then they went crap. Decided to spend less & not be as disappointed when they didn’t last! I went for Dunlop purofort & my dad went for Bekina steplites so far both are wearing well & are comfy. Steplites have a better grip pattern. Could recommend both.

Only had one pair, how do you stay on your feet if you go off road?

Bekina Steplites are a good mid season wellie but not the best if standing on cold concrete for any length of time in the winter.
They do a thermolite one for winter and I think there is a new steplite one ... XCi which is a winter one which is between the normal steplite and the thermolite.

Try good year ones
I've tried loads of different neoprene wellies on over the last two or three weeks, budget out of the window, I just wanted something warm and comfortable. A lot of wellies I tried were either uncomfortable, felt like wearing high heels, had no grip or impossible to get off. Eventually settled on Goodyear Stream. Comparatively cheap but crucially comfortable and properly grippy on wet concrete. Reasonably light as well. Only downside is the silly strap that a lot of these wellies seem to come with now, but it's at the back so I don't get distracted by it.

Totally recommend these.

Always wore Argylls until local farmers co-op stopped stocking them. Went for Dunlop purfort as a replacement and was surprised. They are much warmer than the Argylls and the grip is better only problem is getting pebbles stuck in the cleats of the soles.

Pair of hunters here, neoprene lined. £110 when I bought them they are probably a bit dearer now. Easily tightent around the leg after slipping them on via strap and speedy buckle thingy. Comparable to wearing trainers. However far too warm for the summer! I found the First few days are a pain as they rub around the ankle although once broke in they're great!
