Were do you get your news from

In these strange times were are people getting there daily news from as all the main news channels here in the UK is full of one or two stories like C19 or Brexit there has been today a major fire in the US and yet none are carrying it
Like lack of rain and the possible drought here and crop damage the press have a lot to answer
for.

bbc news in the morning before breakfast comes on, then read local paper online, tff and twitter. Might dip into radio 4 or radio Scotland during day but generally don’t last too long as they invariably start obsessing about hairdressers or dogs and I get fed up.

lately not been watching any news, reached saturation point with all the penis cranium reporters.

For international news I’ve recently been using CNN online, as they pick up on a lot of interesting stories.

The BBC director general should be sacked for dereliction of duty. Their website is full of odd Covid stories like LGBTQ people being “afraid of being buried as the wrong gender” and such like, than foreign news. The BBCs fixation on Covid at the expense of pretty much everything else is bizarre.

Best not to watch it, not even worth the license fee. Twitter, here and bit of CNN. I have actually found it more pleasant to not even watch any news for a few days. Life seems much better for it.

I gave up with radio 4 years ago and listen to books and podcasts at work, hearing news multiple times a day about minor celebs outrage and other terrible things it gets you down.
we have bbc news on first thing on a morning between 5.30 and 6am and see the daily death toll
