There was a firm in Lancashire. Blackburn I think. Had blacksmith in their name. used to advertise on eBay selling reconditioned west rotors.
Send your old one in on service/exchange.
Or a decent engineers would refurb it for you
Whats wrong with it? Unless the shaft is bent then it's probably fixable.
New on will be in full balance as well. Saves shaking your machine to bits!!!!!Most of the legs are so thin and rusty they cant be repaired and at £30 a leg to replace 26 it seems more sense to buy a new rotor than spend all that time cutting and welding.

If repairing forget buying the new West bits, just use channel cut to length
I known of one with lorry springs instead of tips welded inside the channels. Must be balanced to a point cause with my old rotor you would wear your coffee!!!!!West rotor are hardly precision made and nowhere near fully balanced
+1 repaired a rotor for a customer years ago using Chanel it outlived the spreader and went into another machine eventually
Remember local big contractor got fed up of spreading concrete blocks with his west spreaders years ago he cut all the legs off and replaced them with rotor spreader chains seemed to work well and could cope with foreign objects
