3 few years ago I sold my race Westfield and hung up my racing boots and bought one for a road/trackday toy a 2013 with a Honda s2000 engine and 6 speed box, added my own bit's like bigger brakes, oil cooler, full roll cage ect, had her looking mint then took it too a track evening at knockhill and binned it bending the chassis in a bad way allway's wanted to do a fresh build so now was my chance.

This was the old girl before the crash

Like your build BUT, you are going to make the same mistake again. The Honda engine is a very tall engine , raising the centre of gravity. For a small fee I would be willing to take said engine and gearbox off your hands   :D would fit in my project better.

Been there done that but at Castle Coombe (mine was 1700 Crossflow race version)
Almost identical in that thought I had saved it 2 wheels went on the grass and the rest is history as they say.View attachment 1007500View attachment 1007501
Oh that’s sore did you fix it or sell it,

there is no chance I would give up the Honda S2000 engine it’s a Japanese work of art 230 hp from a 2.0 na engine with 9000rpm red line , and vtech smile’s,
Sorry she’s mine ha ha

It went back to Westfield in Dudley and had new front chassis welded on.

I then sold it and first time out new owner qualified 3rd at Brands and then 2 nd outing at Snetterton got T boned and wrote it off.
