Wonder what the £162 mule s were like?

If they are 3 and 4 crop mules, won’t a lot of them be culls next year?
Probably, 3/4 crop where making 120 odd £ in September around here, so there half wintered, scanned and inlmb to a good tup, so not sure if that dear or cheap, if there in good condition and of a genuine place, probably alright.

I’d have thought it was about right, assuming lamb price stays ok, but not cheap.

How big a group are we talking? If they were all in lamb to this one 1700gn Beltex (does that necessarily make him good?), I’m guessing it wasn’t a big mob.

Inlamb ewes this time of year or inlamb ewes in general?
Somehow a ewe seems more attractive for people to buy on a sunny day in September than a cold wet snowy day in February or March
Just as a Heifer makes more in May than she does in December
And there was me thinking it was looks that made sheep attractive too you hill boys? I didn’t realise the time of year held sway too? 😂😂
