As the saying says,why can’t this goverment and everyone else just stop and listern to themselves.Put a straight talking person ,Sit down and speak to all the fishermen both sides ,on climate problems ,too many people on earth ,and demand for energy.Simple solution cut energy requirement ,how much CO2 has been produced and health risk having this meeting .

I don't think Boris would be the right person to ask about the effects of a rising population on the environment.
Firstly he's got umpteen children from as many women, and secondly he'd be dry humping the interviewers leg before she'd finished asking the question.
