Apart from the Turbo , the only difference between the 5130 and the 5140 is standard tyre size.(16.9R38 goes up to 18.4R38)

Does the 5150 have a bigger Radiator ? (5130 and 5140 both 4.6 gallons)

Turbocharged 956's had cooling issues.

Need a rose tinted smiley they were good tractors, the 5150 pro we had pulled like a train!!
Great tractors had a 5140 Plus and a 5130 Pro.

Sold the 5130 a couple of years ago to a young lad from Yorkshire who was going to do a spot of contracting with it, he might even be on TFF?

used to pull a kv 5 furrow with a 5150 pro, bloody awful tractor. Did pull well though. Never had such a bad banging tractor on the road.It would never run out of power, just grip!

Yes they can nod on the road at the wrong speed, but with correct tyre pressures and ballast they are fine to sit at 40k.

Why was it awful?

As Iv said before we have a 5130 plus since new straight six with the pump slightly adjusted. For years it ploghed with a dowsdwell 4f and combi drilled. And pulled a large set of opico rollers and did all our loader work whilst that sodding 885 was constantly braking down. Love it to bits it's basic no air con. Synchro gearbox. It has an absolutely cracking engine note while pulling hard. Just puts a smile on my face driving her.
