As I wrote to my daughters headmaster when they sent me an email to say the 'Vegan Sausage' was off the menu. A sausage contains meat therefore can the said item now be known as a vegan tube' . It's time trading standards held these charlatans to account!

They dress it up & pretend it's meat by calling it steak or sausage can you imagine the outcry if you disguised meat to look like a vegetable & sold it as turnip or swede or such like! What happened to misleading selling laws in this country

Saw one of their adverts on tv the other evening, first time I have every seen one on tv, not once did they mention anything about being British or the ingredients being British, obviously there isn't anything British in them, always been made in Leicestershire.
