As in Fordham, a village in Cambridgeshire?Fordham flat rollers
Not sure where I got fordham from our cambridge rolls are similar and came from Lichfield fouindryAs in Fordham, a village in Cambridgeshire?
Rather than Cambridge rolls!
Worth more as wheels for Shepherds huts
Its a triple gang Flat Roller set made by Evans of Radstock.Could anyone tell me what these rollers are classed as? And how much they might fetch? The best way I can call them is flat ring rollers.
Many thanks
I'm no horsey geek but we still use a old one sometimes instead of a Cambridge for grass seeding or brassicas. They look like being more suitable to grass than arable. But not really heavy enough these days.
Still floggable to some horsey geek no doubt.
They are not the most decorative things to use as wheels to be honest, but when you see some of the prices they ask on ebay etc, for all sorts of old wheelsI agree, could potentially be worth £50 a ring I would say. Try finding someone to make you a set of new ones. Bet they aren't cheap.
