With what belts you have best experiences for combines ? OEM are of course most expensive but what is good alternative and gives most for the price.

Optibelt has AgriPower line and all other producers have something.

Thats not an answer I was looking for :)
I have asked who makes best belts, having in mind that OEM are not always best bang for the money.

On my previous combine that I had for ten years I only changed one belt. Claas belts are very reliable and not crazy over priced. Personally I’d rather pay more for quality than cheap out and have to replace them again. Gates optibelt and Goodyear are well made and last well.

I dont want to change them also, but I dont think JD belts last "a lifetime", friend says Gates Agri version were better for him than OEM.

When I was running an older John Deere combine I was cheaper buying belts from the local dealer. Priced a gates belt from another supplier and they couldn’t come anywhere close to the oem belt cost.
