I've started a thread to see what classics you have on your farm. I've got a 1975 Ford 4600 equipped with a FIECO Deluxe Safety Cab, a New Holland 274 Hayliner Baler, a Claas CM166 Unifarm Mower, A Parmiter Rear Loader, A British Lely Hayzip Mk2 and an old Ferguson Mower all in the shed.

When i was growing up in the 1960-70s, my area was ford country? not surprising really as the plant at basildon was local, the ford 5000 was king on the local farms, one farm had at one time 7-8, ford 5000s ranging from a c reg super major 5000 with farmhand f9 loader, to a p reg last year 5000, plus they had a 1964 fordson supermajor based triple D? Seeddrill of choice was the MF30, Hay balers, that is haybalers before roundbalers were invented were either claas or newholland, the grass mower most used and the first one i bought was the fahr km22, oh for the good old days? A large tractor then was a ford 7000, no one except a few contractors had 4 wheel drive, county 1174 were the new ones then?

IH434 on the tedder,

Oldies kept for sentimental reasons Allis B, T20 Continental, S2 and S3 Landies and various Plowmates and other old monsters that come out for an airing every now and again.
There are quite a few engines in odd corners too like a 1926 6hp Lister and a 1930 3hp.
