What do do with 1 acre

Hi
I have a one acre field (ex meadow) that isn't very accessible with a combine so I was looking at other options for the field that would be profitable.
I was initially thinking of letting a neighbouring farmer put sheep on it but not sure he'd want to bother with 1 acre or how much it'd be worth to him. Any suggestions on a ball park figure I could expect from grazing, or any other ideas of what to do with it would be appreciated.

Pond in middle. Trees around. Divide into quarters with fence so each gets a bit of pond on their bit. Access by foot. Let local cubs / scout use it for campsite a few times a year.

Put one of those ghastly wedding wigwams on it.
