What do you call the part

Evening, I have this part (hopefully picture below) I need for my househam sprayer but I don’t know what it is called. It’s connected on by a U shaped pin through to two holes. It’s off the end of the spray line. Any help would be appreciated, thanks simon

Everything I google search comes up with thread fittings and hose tail but I need the u pin type connector and hose tail
