Maybe he likes to know his vehicle is roadworthy (at time of test) but doesn't like paying tax [emoji38]
It does make you wonder about all these "supposed" ANPR cameras though
Some anpr only pick up cars they are looking for . Legit vechile are not monitored. That's what plod said when I told them reg time person and time went past incident under anpr.

My house is pretty remote and whilst not a farm per se and having the name of the property clearly visible at the entrance, in the last year have had a number of dodgy looking vehicles come down the long drive into the yard, turn round and b off again. Must be something to do with the obvious cameras/alarm...

Or lack of scrap metal lying around?

FWIW I get immediate notifications when this happens, so watch it unfold on my phone.
