I had a look at your previous posts. Your situation sounds terrible. I’m guessing your feeling trapped. Please get in touch with one of the farming charities so you have someone to talk to that will understand your situation. Others on here will know where to point you to better than me. You are young, you don’t have to accept the situation but families can be tricky.
Don’t let it get you down

Anybody know what the farming equivalent of the Samaritans is that this chap could contact. If you could put it on here hopefully he will read it.

We only milk 100 cows, but we're organic and me and my brother have been picking dock roots out of plough ground for ages.
We do all the work ourselves and now we're trying to set up a milk vending machine sideline which will be even more work

Prioritise milking the cows is the most important job in the day make sure that’s done then sort the rest. At those numbers and not a one man band am milking pm milking alternative weeks would that work?

We all do the milking for some strange reason. Takes a few of us to cross the cows over a road and there's the calves to do at the same time. Me and my brother could cope on our own milking but my dad's useless really

Milking routine’s are what happens aren’t they there’s a comfort from the repetition. If fathers there use him. Get some road cones and bungee cord to cover the crossing person bringing cows out can watch. You and your brother alternate with one being involved in milking other not however that suits the two of yous. Mental fatigue definitely worse than physical I find.
