It doesn't sound like the OP is physically prevented from going out, they just don't seem to want to.
Change will only happen if they make the effort to change but the desire to inherit a bit of dirt seems to have taken control of them.
Everyone involved just seems to be set in their ways, it will stay that way until someone wants change enough to do something about it.

Not everyone has the mental strength of some of the ‘big‘ men on here, if this has always been your family life, if this is your normal, then change is a huge step to take. Add to that the inertia and anxiety that can result from long term, low level depression (which can also make you feel exhausted), and a sense of loyalty and duty to other family members, worrying how they will cope with the extra work for instance, then strolling out of the door with a cheery whistle and a wave is not the easy option some seem to think it is.
If you have never experienced controlling and bullying behaviour, and remember, this is not just at work, this is your whole life, then some on here would not realise what it does to your self esteem, to your ability to think beyond where you are now.

I think that people are being hard on the op if him and his brother maybe even sister have had to put up with this man all there lives and don't see anybody else how are they going to know any different get the confidence to leave he also said that he's either got to stay to look after his brother or take him with him. But reading behind the lines I wonder if his brother is in a worse place mentally then then the op and I know someone's going to say don't worry about his brother but how can he it's the about things he's got.

Well put @wrenbird and @Uggman
Some people don’t realise how lucky they are.
The op came on here to reach out and all some of you have wanted to do Is kick him.
To be fair it has taken over 200 posts to get the facts and realise the severity of the situation he's in. It's gone from being exhausted to " slave labour "
Just hope it can be sorted now

Thank you.
I enjoy working on the farm as I can see the potential if everything was done properly. Most days are ok and it's only when I do have a spare hour or at the end of the day when I have time to think about things.
On a normal farm where the brothers perhaps went to college and got their own group of mates it's different, my brother is my only friend and I'm his only friend, none of us are going to abandon the other just to benefit ourselves.
One day we will end up alone and that's what worries me with the farm work, paperwork, and housework to do, and how lonely it will be.
If we set up our milk vending business maybe I'll be able to talk to more people then and improve my self confidence.

Rob , it sounds like you are suffering with depression , see your doctor and have a good chat with them , this will be the first step to getting on track to where you want to be, dont dismiss this advice.
