What do you eat for breakfast

Breakfast should be 14 hours after you have had your last evening meal so your not eating for 16 hours a day

breakfast for me is at 9.30, cold sausage or any other lump of cold meat, chicken or fish. apple, banana and plenty of water.

sack the bread off it’s shite and makes your insulin spike, same as sugary cereal
I understand @Dave W enjoys a cold sausage most mornings

cottage cheese with fruit and maple syrup, orange juice with hot water and tablespoon of Psyllium husks( it’s good for the heart;), a pile of vitamins( different every day but try to remember the b2 and magnesium for migraine prevention, and D3) ,2 cups of tea.In the summer that lasts me till lunch. When its really cold I come in for second breakfast/lunch at 10:30/11. My children tellme I must drink more water as they do. I can only drink it hot/ lukewarm

For years all I had was a Yorkie and a glass of water.

Nowadays Mrs YB supplies me with buttered tea cake (or, in season, a hot cross bun) and a glass of orange juice.

A changed man!

I should drink more water. Difficult in winter when it's cold. Just live off shots of coffee out a flask, which probably isn't much better than red bull.
I was getting dehydrated up here because of the cold dry atmosphere, plus there’s a flask of coffee sitting on the counter where the food is, too easy to just take a cup.
put the effort into drinking more water, well worth it!
