Ah we are all different for sure. I can eat anything thats put in front of me in the morning , although l like to go out first for an hour or so on an empty stomach and check the animals , then come back in for my own feed.

This was this morning’s breakfast.
Yesterday and a the previous days were two lamb chops, 3 eggs, 1/2 can of beans and a big dollop of fried tatties.
Going to swap my meals about. Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.
I’m useless after porridge or toast in the morning, pick at crap all day then pig out at night then struggle to sleep.
Will see how it goes for a while.

@Chae1 - that's one bowl of a mixture, not one bowl of each! Crush the sw up.
I normally don't have much appetite first thing. Thats why I'm impressed you can tackle that lot first thing. Couple hours later I'm starving.

I have a food flask I fill with rolled oats, milk and a banana or raisins or something. Looks like gloop but fills me up and keeps me going till lunch. Gut health is important in my opinion. Oats bung me up and stop me needing to sh!t in a field!
