I find if I have porridge I get hungry late morning, but I’ve been trying overnight oats ( oats, milk & honey soaked overnight in the fridge) much better at keeping me full

I eat nothing until the evening, feel great, no sugar spikes and crashes. But I do drink coffee with butter blended in, never feel hungry and save lots of time and effort. Wife is very happy only preparing and cleaning up one meal per day 😁😁

For much the same reason I go with:

Handful of mixed nuts, handful of sunflower seeds, handful of sultanas, a scoop of milled flaxseed, 2 tablespoons of rolled oats and a tablespoon of maple syrup all soaked overnight in loads of oat drink stuff or water...

I have got to be working seriously hard for hours on end to feel hungry much before tea time. Lunch is not much more than a snack to break the day up

Last night's curry is heaven. The spicier the better. Failing that, toast.

Or last nights Chinese...

You guys avoiding carbs, by eating eggs or meat or the like are probably on the right path as much less of an insulin response needed and your workload is probably burning it off and keeping the weight off you. I should sit down and work out ways of making similar meals which are quick to prepare/cook. I enjoy breakfast but dislike loads of prep and cooking when still in the morning mind fug.

Yes, I thought that after posting. Mushroom curry with chips/rice from the Chinese reheated with a blob of butter is bliss

Hi, guys I’m thinking about to losing some pounds. I need your help. What do you guys think about KETO. Here’s a free ebook that I’ve just checked out http://bit.ly/3agRjLP , but I’m not sure. Some of the recipes are cool, but what do you guys think? Please comment below and let me know....thanks!
I am using the five two diet, and have lost all I need to (waist measurement is now about 35 1/2"), recommended that waist is less then 37 1/2" for men (and remember waist is not trouser measurement, but rather the "biggest bit" in the middle, usually at the "belly button").

This is another great book, that really goes into all the diet types, and why the "just eat less and exercise more" advice definitely doesn't work and yet that is still the standard advice.
