What do you eat for breakfast

Don’t have anything before I start at 630ish, in for breakfast at 830.
2x sachets of microwave porridge with milk and a handful of sultanas, 2 slices of toast, 1 with cheese, other with jam and washed down with a large cup of tea.

Used to have a full English -- cereal with a drop of milk from the top of the tank , bacon, eggs, fried bread , etc . then toast with a goodly spread of butter and marmalade ,with a cup or two of tea or coffee . That was at 09.00 after we'd milked and done the early morning jobs . Best I can manage now is a bowl of porridge , and not a very big one at that !
As an aside , when our kids were younger they had a guinea pig out in the house yard or back inside if the weather got bad . He (she ? ) was also very partial to marmalade toast at breakfast time . He certainly wouldn't let you forget either , setting up such a squeak until it was delivered !

1pm, Large bowl soup, large Ham/Cheese/Tuna/salad/mayo sandwich, crisps, snickersx2, squash, coffee
4pm Large Sandwich, biscuits
7pm (today) Lamb stew, Plate of rice, Brocolli, Apple Sponge, single cream (lots), Peroni x1, Red wine glass (x2)
9pm Plate Cheese/Biscuits/chocolate
Do you know what a tapeworm is ?

Nothing for breakfast Monday to Friday, as I'm doing the 16/8 diet.

Lunch at 12 ish, with ryvita/crispbread/rice cakes and crisps, apple, banana & yog.

Then a cooked dinner at 6 ish, just not a massive portion. Then try to keep away from TV snacks till bed.

Weekends either bacon sandwich or 80/240 porridge for breakfast.

Tin of tomato soup if I’m in a hurry, toast with beetroot or cucumber on for a treat and scrambled eggs and smoked salmon not as often as I’d like.

When we had cows , I had just a pint of tea at starting time , and then when we'd got the milk away , cows finished off , about 09.00 we had a proper breakfast . Coffee , corn flakes with milk from the top of the vat , bacon and eggs , fried bread , tomatoes possibly . And then just 15 minutes or so of quiet , before we started again . Best I can manage now is a bowl of porridge and a cup of tea , and I'm not too bothered about lunch either .

Average day is a dozen weetabix soaked in the freshest of OJ (handy squeezed) all consumed in a food flask on route to work.
Half a gallon of Tetley's finest
Handful of Californian raisins and activated almond as a snack. Can of redbull too if the IDs about.

Could change for special holidays, raw oats and assorted grains for crimbo season, an old fashioned from the missus on the bday and (whilst not a practising muslim) I do observe the Radamanz or whatever like

Better be Tetley tea not Tetley Bitter.

A dozen weetabix
Half gallon tea yet only a handful of raisins 😃 Why not down the whole pack?
And wtf is activated almond?
