Looks like a calf getting up with an abcess in its cheek.

Cheek on the right side of the pic looks a bit big, but can’t work out if it’s just fluffy hair at first glance.
Back leg looks odd to me, but could be the angle of the photo making it look worse.
It also looks like it’s going to be hellishly wide through it’s chest!
