They’re only a few pounds for a pair... but delivery is a week. Boo!
I suppose it gives me time to polish the chrome, clean the carb, clean it up etc.

Had the plumber in last week to replace a failed mixer valve on my DHW. During the work he has been standing on pipes attached to ceiling joists and cracked a joint, said joint has leaked all weekend and soaked the spare bedroom ceiling and the water has found its way in to my gun room and soaked gun cases/slips, soaked cartridges and some fireworks. Most of the tapes in the bedroom and gunroom are needing redone.
Tomorrows phone call is going to be interesting.

The plumber himself was a young Polish lad but the owner of the company, whom Il need to deal with, is a tricky woman.
