After a week of working late every night we really wanted a night off last night, but we had 20 odd sheep to shear so another night at it. got to bed at 9.30 bloody knackered to be awakened by a fire works display at the local wedding venue, I exclaimed that it was unsociable at this hour!
It was only 10.30!
Planned a days knapsacking today, dug out the knapsack to find the diaphragm had cracked, so I repaired it with an old bicycle inner tube, sorted! Jumped on the quad, only got half a tank sprayed and the engine cut out and has locked solid, now I’m going to have to walk!

Electronic banking.

OH half questioning what I spent £16 at the bakers on this morning, coz the bloody iPad app has grassed me up with an instant notification to home base! 🤔

for the record, it was bacon rolls, as a thank you for local lads being helpful, and good to deal with.

She doesn’t believe me.

Edit: it was actually McDonald’s, but I didn’t want a row from you know who about supporting multinationals 🤫

1) People who hide the grease gun.

2) The fact that when you’ve spent ages looking for said grease gun, climbed in under the tractor to the most awkward grease nipple it will without fail run out of grease after three pumps!
3) You think it’s empty as it’s not pumping and feels light. Take the end off and it forces quarter of a cartridge of grease out all over you as you try in vain to get the end back on again. Grease guns really are the work of the devil.
