No, it cannot be done. And the type of solicitor who would sue another solicitor isnt the kind of person you would want to employ. If they are bobbins, then SRA complaint is the way to go as they have proper, big teeth.

Yes, I am married to her. If you need a solicitor for probate, trust and private client work then I am happy to provide details. I dont think she has a TFF discount rate though.
What?????? No TFF discount?
Shame on you!

Or more to the point, shame on your good lady!

People who ask you to do a favour for them and finish with the sentence, "there's no rush, no hurry at all, it's not urgent"
Within an hour they're sat looking at the job in question and you've got to stop whatever you're doing and top their paddock or fetch their firewood or whatever....

Nope. Absolutely not! Unless they said they were in a hurry when enquiring (making "time of the essence" in legal jargon) they can fudgin' well wait IMHO ;)

Dad was trying to get me to do little jobs last year. They were important to him at the time but I was trying to mend the grass tedder with grass on the floor etc etc.
Had a couple of hard words each way. :(
We later realised it was once of the first signs of him not being himself and a decline.

Some oaf just wandered over, kicked a ruddy great big concrete pipe, grunted, then wandered off.

What can you possibly learn from kicking a 3' concrete pipe?
