Sitting in A & E for 5 hrs waiting for a couple of stitches, finally gave up at 0.30 !!!
what pee'd me, is the state of our society,
Handcuffed prison inmate, got seen,
Young female, looked drug related with two police officers and social worker, got seen,
Two down and outs, and an alcoholic all sorted,
My taxes are paying for them, yet I can’t get 5 minutes of a nurses time,
just get the super glue out  could of had you sorted in a few minutes

Festive washing up.
All we’ve eaten today is a fried breakfast but Yuletide preparations have generated the amount of washing up you’d expect on an army camp.
Boiled a ham so large this afternoon that I had to press into service one of those huge aluminium pans that granny rescued when they closed down the workhouse. That ham should see us well into 2022. A gift from a rep, so a cheap Christmas feed.👍

Our sewer has been partially blocked for the last two months since a contractor lost a drain rod with plunger down there (and didn't tell us !), supposed to be fixed before Xmas, will have to be careful with the turkey fat.

woman what has house rented , had some one try and unblock her drain to septic tank and lost a rod , we had to go sort it ,
put the corkscrew claw thing on end ,and a clump of round bale sting ,knotted into it , up pipe ,and twisted and twisted and twisted , hoping string would wind round rod tight enough to grip it , took two goes ,but gotbthe barsteward out , or it was digging pipe out in garden ,
