Dog keeps finding these in the garden, assume it's either a Sparrowhawk or a cat that's leaving them behind, but what's from?
 
Looks like a sheep / lamb / calf femur to me. Too big for a sparrowhawk or a cat.
Uncooked.
Anyone feeding red kites raw stuff near you? Or eagles? Or hunt kennels / knackery not secured?

Wherever they're coming from, it's not good.

It's only 70mm long, that's what makes me think it's from a bird.

Nearest hunt kennels at least a mile away, no knackery, No Kites or Eagles I know of.

And of course the dog can find them a sight faster than I can, scared of getting something sharp down her throat.
