I think it is Weeks and may well have been all steel from manufacture. The drawbar is identical to one we had where the name was pressed into the head board. We rebiult it in the 80’s and stretched the axle to 80 inch
Never seen a weeks trailer like that even if the colour is similar. Hitch is completely different and no weeks name pressed into front cross member. We had 3 of different ages and all were the same. Still have one as meal trailer but completely new floor and body chassis as the original design was prone to rot.

I think it's a mackle up, the rear corner posts are almost certainly Weeks, but on a Weeks body they dropped into a socket. Someone has welded them on the outside of what looks to be another frame.
The pressed construction of the front and sides look like prototype Weeks, but the top latching details are wrong, they had anti luce pins or bolts, as shown, but these passed through a single thickness leaf, protruding beyond the pressed stiffeners and not through the body of the stiffener as shown in your picture.
