Can someone please tell me what the differences between Winter peas and Austrian peas are? I presume they are both fairly hardy and may be a useful addition to a Scottish cover crop sown in August preceding a spring cereal. Will they survive to be grazed from January onwards? What is there frost tolerence ( just in case we actually get a winter again)?
