I bet if you cut it open, it would have teeth. If it's what I think it is I've seen them before. It's a malformed calf. Can't remember if it is caused by a nonsense mutation or implantation in the Fallopian tube.

Our vets have some of these dried so they can show their little shop of horrors at open days. They have a calf with two heads too!

two vet students dissected it last night but found no teeth!

Seen a few and some amazing malformed lambs that were an embryotomy wire job.
Schistosoma Reflexus will sort the men out from the boys.
The one I helped with could not calve and was getting distressed the farmer put his hand in a just phoned the vet and resulted in a monstrous caesarian.
