Lamb, or better yet mutton, burgers are excellent.Personally I get our lambs done into chops, leg& shoulder joints, everything else into a few burgers and a few bags of mince … most other stuff like the neck and stuff is too tough for me

Are you referring to my old friend Denise .where it says 'or' you need to make that decision before you book them in, abattoir ladies are scary you don't want to be upsetting them by being indecisive.
Love the neck fillet. Cooked whole on the bbq in the summer and sliced up . Deliciousdont get the bit about the neck, its the best bit!

They are both very nice once you get to know them. Miss having a chat with them, hope they are still busy and john is still moaning .Yep, I learned a long time ago that when Denise says "jump" the correct response is "how high ?". Folks say that the customer is always right, not in this instance .

That’s very good to hear, John and Denise deserve to slow down, they have worked bloody hard for a very long time. I seem to remember they started just before foot and mouth but I might be wrong. John needs to buy a fishing lake in France and retire but not sure Denise is that keen on my chosen country . If you see them and remember please say hi from me.Yeah love them really, Jack easing himself into the driving seat .
