we only make 30-50 round bales a year , with our old haybob and welger rp12 , can be quite time consuming in a light crop , whats a decent make of older small rake to pull up in front the baler , i see all sorts for sale is there much difference in them all ? Missed out a few times on a haybob 360 at reasonable money +/- £500 obvs before we were looking lol

How wide is the pick up on the RP12?
When we row up for a round baler with a single rotor rake we set two narrow rows side by side. We find this makes a better bale than making one wide row, but it needs a 6ft pick up.
Our rake is a Claas 330s, which was cheap to buy and has been reliable but genuine parts are expensive.

well finally found an old pz360 , are tines / springs specialist ,does it normally come with rear gates for normal tedding ? thanks for help above
The tine return springs are different from the normal ones, got some for mine from a kuhn dealer they're the same for both rotors. Think some of the tines are slightly different on one rotor just a bit of a bend in them. I just bought a couple and bent ordinary ones to match, don't have any rear gates on for tedding
