They do hold there money well, first ones out in 2012 though so now 8 years old.Or Manitou MT 420 but thats new out this year. 625 hold there money far too well!

I'll take that as a buy new and replace at 3 years user of a 625. Still think they are a great handler in their class.Yeah but you never see them advertised for anything less than 25k far too much for what they are and what they cost when new!

Never had any axle issues, grease weekly and no problems. Fuel filter not up to it though, solved with an in-line filter added. Needs LED lights on the tier 4 ones as alternator isn't big enough for halogen.They're good, i think it might be manitou most successful model IMO! The axles could do with being beefier but if your replacing every 3 years that wouldn't concern you hopefully.
JCB 520-40 from mid 2000's very compact 4 wheel steer machine, lift 2 ton but only 4metre lift height.
DO not buy a Manitou BT420 or 425, they are awful things! and parts supply isnt great on them.
Could cope with that lift height anything to watch for?
What about a 2.4t lift so you can lift 4 600kg bags off fertiliser
