What staple puller?

We have a lot of fencing that he posts are knackered on but the wire is good. For obvious reasons I want to reuse it. What the best method of removing staples.

Please don’t say pliers with a point and a hammer takes fudging ages!

yep best things for pulling out staples
if posts buggered at times just bolt cutters and cut and twist the staple to free the good wire works too

Strainrite version of the Hayes above. They were made by same firm but Hayes are now a Chinese copy and its worth sticking to the original.
Get a 5 in 1 if you do a bit your own permanent electric fencing. And don't worry about the price they will pull 98% of staples.

Probably used in the Summer Solstice sacrifice of a Lancastrian.

Cordless grinder ? You lose the staples, but 2 cuts in 5 seconds and the wire is out.

just picked any price on ebay, they are excellent, cant recommend them enough, however I think the one I pasted was a bit expensive!

Cheap pair of bolt cutters modified with a grinder. It rubs the galv off the staple but works very well.

I was chuckling at the thought of a Cardi’s reaction, when I saw the Eli-pull recommended above.

They really are the dog’s doodahs for that job though, and just think of all the staples you’ll be able to reuse.
