What to charge for Beet tops and Stubble Turnips

I have a chance to let my beet tops for winter grazing of lambs and have barley stubble adjacent to it available for Fodder Rape or Stubble Turnips. I would like the ground back by mid January so I can plough it and get some frosts on it.
I probably wouldnt supply the seed but I could direct drill and supply/apply fert
The land is surrounded by hedges but as its not a stock farm electric would still be needed.
I can also supply IBC and water and a daily observation, but not shepherding
What would be a good rate for both parties and is there any other advice? Thanks

if it's stubble regrowth then anything from 10p to 30p depending on demand. they're low on calcium so not great for sheep in lamb unless going onto good ground afterwards.
rape and neeps, anything up to 60p in a stock area, less demand then price drops. in vale ofnyork I've usually paid 40p/ week on nreps and get stubbles and volunteers for a flat fee of 20/acre for volunteer.
