I need to replace a cab door hinge on my Kubota RTV900 (the hinge pin sheared off when frozen, oops), but the bolts are hidden under these plastic cap things. What tool do I need to remove these does anyone know?

Got the bolts off, thank you all - no rust on that bit thankfully. Just got to get the sheared-off hinge pin out of the hinge now which is rusted in it seems :( ... will have a go at drilling that out later (bashing it didn't work :D)
