Basic question, what type/make of White coloured marker do you use for marking oil filters( change hrs) and for marking metal (rusty and new) when doing fabrication work. Thankyou

Although expensive, I've found that the Allflex ear tag pen to be the best. They last for ages and don't dry out. I've had them last years. The permanent markers that you can buy from stationers are hopeless.

Milwaukee Inkzall Jobsite Markers, come in a few different colours and can write on dust, wet and greasy surfaces and concrete and you won't destroy the tip of them. Some job

Which ever nail (or any sharp object) is first to be found
Now that’s a practical reply, which I am sure many of us do , especially me.(y)(y)
Marking the oil filter change needs something a bit more distinct . I see most ear tag markers only come in black, so not much use on black oil filter elements.
