Will have to dig out the deeds, we bought the land 2000 and put up the corral to aid catching/ transporting cattle back to the steading . The sewage works have been there as long as I can remember .
never been a problem until last 2 years.
Yep do that first and find out what the access agreement says just to make sure you're in the right, then you can go after them.
Was there a gate when you bought the land? Does the track part even belong to you?
