If I were you I would check your maths, could easily be 6m2 smaller

Not on the plans unfortunately, as we live near an airfield ag development rights don't apply everything has to go thru full planning

I doubt very much that any one will ever come with a tape measure, just make it 250mm narrower on the plans and go from there.

Remember its easier to beg for forgiveness, than to ask for permission

I have just put up a shed 200ft long 95ft wide,planning costs were going to be several thousand,my agent put the planning in as four seperate sheds and saved a fortune.
