Whats this grass keep worth

Got 16a of sheep keep come up next door, the problem is its in 4 or 5 paddocks, 3 of which have orchard trees growing in. The land is in stewardship so no fertilizer can be applied and 2 paddocks cant be cut for hay till mid July, its handy for ewe and lamb grazing, thats about it. if it was a mile down the road, i would,t bother, but being next door makes it more desirable . Any body got any thoughts.

Be careful about signing any agreement if it is in Stewardship. Read the small print about what you will be liable for. Are you sure you can cut hay before mid July, I think it will be after that so it will be fairly average hay.

Down here it would be free or maybe a lamb for the owners freezer.
