Myself and my son operate the farm with help from our wives and for the first time in 2020 we formally employed a local chap to drive one combine. He will help again this year and in spring also. I will retire at 70 (I know, farmers never retire but my son and his family need to be in the main yard) in late 2022 so we will have to find a more permanent, younger employee full time.

Sprayer line up, missing from the pic is a Kawasaki mule with a 400ltr 3mtr sprayer.
Maybe a bit excessive for dairy farm with 150 acres of cereals.
