You could try Melvyn Boulton at H.L. Boulton in Stafford. Mind you, you did say cheap, and Melv wouldnt be the cheapest, but it would be good. A straighter feller never walked, in my opinion. Or you could try Rob Downing from Biddulph. He backloads with a lorry and drag from the eastern counties. As it's got a mid mounted crane, he unloads them too!
